COACH PAUL POWERS

With a love for serving clients in the fitness, performance, and sports related fields, Paul comes to us having taught health and exercise science at NC State for 17 years. He believes strongly in positive, energetic, and educational training environments.

COACH HOLLY CROTTY

Holly's passion is for helping others live healthier lives. With training in mental toughness and behavioral change, she trains your body and your mind. Holly meets with our junior athletes via Zoom on monthly or quarterly schedules to assist with goal setting, motivation, and mental toughness in athletic settings.

The Peak Junior Athletes Achievement system was created to provide recognition for both athletic achievement and good behavior. It’s a progressive accumulative point system with monthly and annual rankings. At the end of every period, the participant with the highest number of points is awarded a prize.
