The PEAK Junior Athletes Achievement system, referred to as "PEAK Points", was created to provide recognition for both athletic achievement, attendance, and good behavior. It’s a progressive accumulative point system with monthly and annual rankings. At the end of each month, the junior with the highest number of points is awarded a prize.

Our golf fitness programs are designed by our talented owner and founder, RJ Milford, PGA Professional, TPI, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. RJ combines his extensive knowledge of the golf game and human movement system to train players to perform at their best.

Where We Are Located
PEAK is one of the cleanest fitness studios in the area. Our facility is conveniently located inside of Julington Creek Golf Club, with nearly 1500 square feet of space to include bathrooms and lockers. We are equipped with functional training gear to include kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, bikes, ropes, and other specialty equipment.
When arriving, there is parking conveniently located on the left side of the clubhouse in front of the PEAK entrance.
