YOUTH TRAINING
Peak offers semi-private training, personal programs and group classes for youth ages 5-18. All youth programs include weekly classes that feature specialized workouts using a variety of methods including foundational bodyweight strength, team agility drills, and exciting games to get everyone excited and engaged.

FAMILY FITNESS SATURDAYS
All plans include Family Fitness sessions every Saturday! The perfect hour of fun for the whole family. Train together with exciting team-building games and exercises to strengthen bonds, create healthy habits, and make memories to last a lifetime.
Available to all members and their immediate family ages 3+
