Are you ready to take your game to the next level? If the answer is yes, you have to train with our talented golf fitness coach - RJ Milford.
Coach RJ
RJ specializes in athletic development for all ages - and is exceptionally helpful for our golfers as he is not only a certified personal trainer with a specialization in both golf and youth fitness, but RJ is also a PGA Professional with TPI Certification.
RJ uses his years of experience teaching golf and his understanding of the body's movements to help you produce a more efficient, powerful swing.
