    8-Week Summer Strength & Conditioning
    Valid for 8 weeks
    • From May 28th - July 28th (excluding July 1st - 4th)
    • Eight (8) Private 60-minute Personal Training Sessions
    • up to Sixteen (16) 45-min Group Training Sessions per month
    • Two (2) Fitness Assessments​​ at 0 and 8 Weeks

    8-Week Small Group Summer Strength & Conditioning
    Valid for 8 weeks
    • From May 28th - July 28th (excluding July 1st - 4th)
    • Eight (8) Semi-Private 60-minute Training Sessions
    • up to Sixteen (16) 45-min Group Training Sessions per month
    • Two (2) Fitness Assessments​​ at 0 and 8 Weeks
