Our company has a vision that encompasses families staying healthy together, so we welcome all parents to join into the program as well.

Access to the Zoom will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the program for players, coaches, or parents to ask our coaches questions. We will also have a Q&A following the delivery of the program.

We love rewarding our clients for their hard work! Peak Points is a program created to motivate and drive our athletes to be their best. Each SJMSAA golf team will compete to win a PEAK Pizza Party!
How it works:

Each team will receive one point for every person who participates - athlete, coach, parents, siblings, etc.

We will run a fitness challenge to conclude our workout. The team will compete together, and we will take the highest score as the team's score.
The team with the most points will win a pizza party on PEAK!

COACH HOLLY CROTTY
Holly's passion is for helping others live healthier lives. With training in mental toughness and behavioral change, she trains your body and your mind. Holly meets with our junior athletes via Zoom on monthly or quarterly schedules to assist with goal setting, motivation, and mental toughness in athletic settings.
