Class Details

Class days and times have been pre-set by team coaches. Please register using the links provided.



*Parents, please accompany your athletes inside The Peak Studio to check them in for class. You will also need to come inside to check kids out. Children will not be released without their parent present.

Parents, we do have some seating in the studio. You are more than welcome to stay, and even participate, while the kids train!

What to Wear: Athletic attire and sneakers. Due to the nature of our activities, no open-toed shoes or flip flops will be permitted.

What to Bring: Water Bottle

What Not to Bring: Game devices, jewelry, cash, or other valuables. Peak Level Performance is not responsible for personal belongings brought to classes. Please label water bottles with your athlete's name.

Rules of Class:

  • Inappropriate language is NOT permitted.

  • Fighting, teasing, and bullying is NOT permitted and will cause immediate dismissal from class.

  • Good sportsmanship is always expected.

  • Treat other participants, staff, and the facility with respect.

Meet Coach RJ

Using our team’s knowledge and experience, we help you excel your game with a more functional body and golf swing.


Our golf fitness programs are created by our talented owner and founder, RJ Milford, PGA Professional, TPI, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. RJ combines his extensive knowledge of the golf game and human movement system to train players to perform at their best.

Where We Are Located

Our facility is conveniently located inside of Julington Creek Golf Club, with nearly 1500 square feet of space to include bathrooms and lockers. We are equipped with functional training gear to include kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, bikes, ropes, sleds and other specialty equipment.

When arriving, there is parking conveniently located on the left side of the clubhouse in front of the PEAK entrance.
