MOMMY FITNESS
We know how important health is to you and your little one. Your Peak Coaches will develop a plan to keep you fit and flexible as your life and body transitions into a new phase.
Like all of the Peak Personal Training programs, your coach will work one-on-one with you to execute a fitness assessment to evaluate opportunities for improvement and develop your goals into a plan for success. We work with you to determine the ideal type and schedule of training to best suite your needs.

SENIOR FITNESS
Maintaining your wellness as you age is vital to living a healthier, more active lifestyle doing the things you love longer.
Your Peak Coaches will work with you to implement a plan that work on functional fitness to improve and maintain your strength, mobility, stability and reduce your risk of injury.

STRENGTH TRAINING
The Peak strength training will improve your overall fitness while increasing the abilities of your muscles.
Your coaches will use all three planes of motion, various exercise types, sets, repetitions, movement tempos, and exercise selections to produce the desired effect. We will first work on the stabilization of the muscle, the endurance, then the power.

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING - PEAK Membership
Designed specifically for you to reach your individual goals. With the
Peak Virtual Personal Training Membership, you will virtually work one-on-one with your Peak Coach each week with a workout that was created specifically for you.
The PEAK program begins with an assessment to determine areas for improvement, acquire baseline metrics, and outline your goals and a path to achieve them.
From there, you will receive new, expertly designed workouts each week that strategically progress you to success. We will check in with you each week and provide you progress charts every month to track your successes.
WEIGHT LOSS AND TONING
Looking to shed a few inches and increase your muscle definition? We are here to help you do just that! Using circuit style training, we incorporate cardiovascular activity into a full-body workout program. You will burn unwanted calories as you build your strength.
Your Peak coaches will progress your workouts through phases increasing the amount of challenges.
No two people are the same, so like all of our personalized training programs, your Peak coach will get to know you individually through an assessment. With the information gathered, we will design a program that will be fun and effective.

FIT FOR KIDS
We understand how important it is to teach the importance of fitness, wellness and good habits from a young age. Peak offers
Fit for Kids after school programs at various locations in the Jacksonville, FL area.
Beginning with ages 6, participants will enjoy games designed to develop their coordination, agility and balance. Older participants, up to age 12, will participate in programs that incorporate resistance and strength development.
No matter the age, Fit for Kids will teach the fundamentals of being a part of a team, communication and responsibility.

YOUTH FITNESS
Developing youth and their love of fitness, wellness and good habits is something our coaches are passionate about.
Designed for those under the of 22, we offer private Youth Development personal training with our NASM Certified Personal Trainer, RJ Milford. RJ is CPR Certified, SafeSport Trained, and Background Checked.
Your Peak coach will assess your abilities and help you outline and develop your goals into a program specific to you. With our Youth Development Studio Membership, you will train with RJ four times a month for one-hour each session.

All Performance workouts are designed with low weight, low resistance and low impact exercises so that they are suitable for any user of any age.
