It's easy to compare yourself to others - models on Instagram, actresses on TV, covers of magazines. Don't forget to look at yourself with that same appreciation and love.


APPRECIATE Appreciate your body for what it has done for you. Everyone's journey is different, and our bodies are put under tremendous stress. Be proud of all it has done for you. LOVE Love the person you are. It's okay to want change, but respect where you are on your journey of life. Encourage and build yourself up. CARE We all know the saying, "your body is a temple". Remember, you only get one, be sure to care for it. It's yours for a lifetime.
