Frequently asked questions

New to Peak

Do I have to register for classes?


All members are required to pre-enroll in classes to secure their spot in the class time they would like to attend. All classes are capped at 12 members, with the exception of our Saturday morning classes which are capped at 16 members. If you are unable to enroll prior to the cap then your name will be added to a waitlist. If you are on the waitlist you will need to wait until a spot opens to attend the class. The system will notify you directly if space becomes available. Additionally if you enroll in the class and can no longer attend you are required to cancel your enrollment. If you fail to cancel your enrollment prior to the start of class, a class will be deducted from your pass or punch card or you will be charged $15 cancellation fee for the class. To enroll in classes you can go to our "Classes" page via the website. It is recommended that you save the PEAK site to your home screen on your phone for easier access. If you are unsure how to enroll in classes, please ask.




Where can I find the latest class schedule?


Simply click on the "Classes" page to view our schedule and to see who is teaching.




Do I have to sign-in for class?


All members are required to sign in to class prior to the start of class. Members can sign in using the Front Desk Kiosk located in our entry space.




What if I am a beginner?


PEAK is driven for ALL fitness levels. Our coaches are designed to cater to where the members needs are and modifications will be provided for any movement necessary. We all start somewhere, the hardest part is walking through the doors. See you soon!




Does PEAK track my progress and results?


YES! At PEAK, when you begin, we complete a physical assessment including your weight, circumference measurements, and static photos! This assessment allows us to see where you are starting and how your progress is coming along!




What do I need to bring?


Bring your favorite sneakers, a water bottle and a sweat towel! We got the rest covered!




What if I have an injury


Please inform the teacher of any injuries you have. Our instructors and trainers know the modifications you may need to perform during class.




Does PEAK have lockers?


We have lockers without locks - feel free to bring in your own lock.




Do I need to sign a liability waiver?


All clients are required to register for the membership online and completely fill out the registration including agreeing to the Release of Liability prior to participating in any activities at PEAK. You can view the liability form and other policies by clicking the following link.

What is the cost of training with PEAK?


Group Classes $125/Month Includes: 4 Weekday 60-minute Classes every Month 4 Saturday Parent's Day Classes every Month Semi-Private Classes $175/Month Includes: 4 Weekday 60-minute Classes every Month Personal Training Prices vary based on length of program committment and number of sessions per week. How many classes are included every month?


  1. Four (4) 60-minute classes per month are included for group programs.
  1. Youth members are welcome to attend (4) Saturday "Parent's Day" classes with one or both of their parents per month.
  1. Adult members are welcome to attend (4) Saturday "Parent's Day" classes and bring up to (2) children.

Do you offer family memberships?


Many of our families have multiple participants in our weekly classes. When you signup the family, you get a 5% discount on your 2nd registration, and a 10% discount on your 3rd registration! Looking for more than 3 memberships? Contact us for more details regarding discounted registrations.




Can we do more than one class per week?


YES! There is a per class fee to participate in additional weekday classes above the four included in your group membership. Register for additional class for only $15/member.




Can I come in and workout on my own?


Sorry, but we do not allow members to work out on their own outside of classes and private sessions. If you need to warm up or cool down before/after class, or would like to complete some supplemental skill or strength work you are welcome to do so when floor space and equipment is available; but you must attend a regular group class prior to or after completing any additional work. If you plan to complete supplemental work, please notify the coach on duty and let them know the group class you plan to attend and the supplemental work you plan to complete. The coach on duty will let you know if this is ok based on space, equipment, and skill level.





Etiquette

Is there a dress code?


We ask that clothing that may be perceived as intimidating, revealing, or offensive not be worn in the PEAK Studio. We also do not allow clothing that may present safety hazards. Examples of clothing that is not allowed include:

  • Open-toed shoes or sandals
  • Mud-caked, greasy, or soiled shoes or clothing
  • Jeans or pants with prominent grommets
  • Clothing with messaging that a reasonable person may find offensive or otherwise inappropriate




How early should I arrive to class?


We recommend you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class. Use the time to sign in, warm up, use the restroom, or meet a new member! Please be ready for class when it starts.




What if I am running late to class?


Being consistently late for anything is not cool. And warming up properly is extremely important. We won’t judge you if you show up a few minutes late once in a while, but please be respectful. After 10 minutes into a class, students will not be allowed to enter, NO exceptions. This is to ensure and respect the groups pace and flow during class. If you do arrive late within the 10 minute window, we ask that you do a one minute warm up before joining the class.





Promos & Billing

Do you have a referral program?


YES! We appreciate our community for recommending us! You will receive a referral reward once your friend or family registers and pays their first monthly fee. Make sure both you and your friend tell us about the referral. Please have them list your name at time of registration under the referral section.




Where do I go if I have questions or need help with billing?

What method of payment do you accept?


When registering online, you will be asked to pay with a credit card for your monthly membership. We require registration and payment on our site for your convenience: This allows us to be able to continue your membership without interruption. If your credit cards are lost/stolen, invalid or expired, please contact us so we may update your payment information and prevent you memberships being suspended.
