By training with Peak, youth athletes improve strength, endurance, speed, balance, power, and flexibility to perform at their best. 

All Peak programs include quarterly performance evaluations.



Our son participates in high level junior golf tournaments. Fitness is a big part of his plan to compete at this level. Peak Level Performance has built a routine catered to juniors to help him gain strength, flexibility, and balance through positive coaching.

Step 1. Schedule Your Assessment

Meet with your Peak Coach to look at your bodily movement patterns, your endurance levels, and learn why improving your fitness matters to you. 

Step 2. Enroll in a Program

With your Peak Coach, select a program best suited to your goals. Prices starting at $225/month.

Juniors under the age of 20 receive 15% off private, personal training rates. 

Step 3. Train & See Results

Work with your coach and stay dedicated to your journey. 

Reassess skills quarterly to track your progress!
