Through personalized functional assessments, we will identify your limitations and provide you with corrective exercises and motor learning drills to have you playing and feeling your best.


Your program is designed specifically for you based on your current fitness level to get the results that you have been looking for!


We use the scientific Optimal Performance Training methods of the National Academy of Sports Medicine to implement effective, progressive training programs.

What does the program do for your athlete?

Through specialized training, we will develop your junior into a confident. competitive, golfer.


Athletes in the program go through quarterly movement and skills testing, weekly private golf fitness training, optional swing analysis with PGA Pro, RJ Milford, and custom practice plans that they go through on a weekly basis. The athletes also receive instruction on hydration, practice habits, and competitive practice advice.
