FIT FOR KIDS!

ABOUT US

Established in 2020, the Fit For Kids program was designed to incorporate principals of motor development and the fundamentals of movement through fun fitness programming. For kids within the ages of Kindergarten to fifth grade, the program currently boasts small class sizes with a student to teacher ratio of 5-1 or less. Currently, our Fit For Kids programs are located in St. Johns, Florida.

COACHES

The creators of the Fit for Kids program are National Academy of Sports Medicine certified and created the program using the fundamental concepts of youth motor skill development.

 

All Peak Coaches, Mentors and Volunteers are CPR Certified, SafeSport Trained, Background Checked, and must follow the Peak Code of Conduct.

Frequently asked questions

Who will be coaching the program?


Coach RJ Milford will oversee all Peak Fit for Kids programming. There will be additional support coaches at each session to provide a 5-1 coach to participant ratio.




What happens if I miss a class?


Fit for kids is designed to be a six-week program. We encourage all participants to be at each program session as best they can. Unfortuntately, if a class is missed there will not be any refunds.




What do my kids need to wear?


Kids need to wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. Shorts, sweatpants, t-shirts and tennis shoes are encouraged.




How do I sign up my child to participate?


To register, click the button to sign up under the desired session, location and age group. After completing the sign-up process, we will send you a link to complete the registration process for your child(ren). This will need to be completed prior to the first day of the program.
