Learn how Dr. Lauren Seeds, PT, DPT prevents injury and disease through her Finding Balance program where she combines therapeutic exercises, cardiovascular endurance training, and training in activities of daily living.
The 201 program is for the more advanced participant. This program will take your balance training to the next level by incorporating a more dynamic and multi-faceted approach. Learn and strengthen higher-level balance strategies on dynamic, unstable, and compliant surfaces while completing motoric and cognitive dual-tasking.
