Peak's team of coaches have a diverse background as Certified Personal Trainers, College Professors of Exercise Science, PGA Professionals and Golf Instructors, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

The next generation is a product of the example we set. We have the opportunity to influence our youth by helping keep their peers and loved ones active and engaged.

Owner & Founder

With a background in sports and fitness, RJ specialized in youth and adult athletic training. He is able to assess your movement patterns, develop realistic goals, and implement a fitness program designed to make you a stronger, more effective athlete.

HOLLY CROTTY

Partner

Holly's passion is for helping others live healthier lives. She specializes in women's fitness and trains clients virtually in group and 1-on-1 settings. With training in mental toughness and behavioral change, she trains your body and your mind.

Dr. Lauren seeds

Program Creator & Instructor

Dr. Lauren Seeds, the architect behind the Peak Finding Balance program, received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2014, and she has specialized in adult neurological rehabilitation including treatment of gait/balance/vestibular conditions. 

Work through Dr. Lauren Seeds' Finding Balance program where she combines therapeutic exercises, cardiovascular endurance training, and training in activities of daily living.

Finding Balance is offered privately at The Peak Studio in Ponte Vedra, FL and is offered in group settings in communities across the St. Johns area!

Paul powers

Instructor

With a love for serving people in the fitness, performance, and sports related fields, Paul comes to us having taught health and exercise science at NC State for 17 years. He believes strongly in positive, energetic, and educational training environments.

  • Master Teaching Professional through the US Golf Teachers Federation

  • Titleist Performance Institute Golf Level 2 and Power Level 2
