Partner and Trainer

Holly's passion is for helping others live healthier lives. With training in mental toughness and behavioral change, she trains your body and your mind. Holly meets with our clients via Zoom on weekly, monthly or quarterly schedules to assist with goal setting, motivation, and mental toughness in challenging settings.

Lauren Seeds, the mastermind behind the Peak Finding Balance program, received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2014, and she has specialized in adult neurological rehabilitation including treatment of gait/balance/vestibular conditions.

Program Creator and Instructor

Regan Guess, is a pediatric physical therapist by day and a dance conditioning coach by night! She has been a dancer for thirteen years and has acted as an assistant dance teacher at her home dance studio for many years. Her background is impressive and involves genres such as jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, and acrobatics. Some of her most memorable experiences in dance include performing with Carnival Cruise Lines, for the Harlem Globetrotters, with Disney, and more!
